Twist Ties Plastic

Closure

Closure made of HDPE, reinforced with a straight wire of 0.40 mm, 0.44 mm, 0.50 mm, 0.53 mm or 0.58 mm.

Use

Twist ties plastic on reels can be used on all well known twist packaging or cable bundling machines. Also available in cut lengths for manual application from 50 mm up to 600 mm. To be used for closing bags with bakery, pastry, confectionery and noodle products and in the agricultural- and horticultural sector.

Available in various colours.

Size

• 0.4 mm wire precision wound on reels of 500, 750, 900 and 1000 meter.
• 0.4 mm wire cross wound on reels of 800, 1000 and 1800 meter.
• 0.53 mm cross wound on reels of 600, 750, 800 and 1000 meter.
• 0.58 mm cross wound on reels of 600 and 750 meter.

Packaging & Weight

• Cut lengths 70 mm up to 100 mm : 50 bags of 1000 pcs. in a carton of 310 x 310 x 120 mm.
• Over 100 mm : 25 bags of 1000 pcs. In a carton of 310 x 310 x 120 mm. 
• Weight : 1000 pcs of 100 mm = 0.190 kg.

Reels

• Reels precision wound small : 5 reels per carton of 270 x 205 x 205 mm.
• Reels precision wound wide : 5 reels per carton of 400 x 215 x 215 mm.
• Reels cross wound with flanges : 5 reels per carton of 440 x 210 x 208 mm.
• Reels cross wound without flanges : 5 reels per carton of 400 x 215 x 215 mm.
